The clenbuterol handbook is handy, but does give personal experience...bro, I'm taking the same stuff right now, I'm only on my 2 nd day...1st day i did 20 mcg (or 1 ml) , day 2 40 mcg ( or 2 ml ) ....no sides so far, but they are low doses, I'm working up slow to avoid any problems. Eventually I will be up to 2 full pumps per day.

Yep, 250mcg ed along with 200mcg T3. It's good stuff and not too expensive.

i have not tried the tabs but the liquid has been very effective. i have been loosing body fat and increasing strength at the same time.
