Any suggestions for core building exercises? I'm joining up to the strongman camp up here in Ontario, Canada, and was instructed to build up my core strength, i've always done twists with a partner where you have a weight in your hands and you rotate to your left or right and with your partner standing behind you or back to back, you pass of the weight to him, and then he twist with the weight to his left and passes it off to you etc...also 1/4 squats, and 1/4 deads? any suggestions?
