im not sure how to take clomid and nolva (i know orally), but its in a vial and i assume you need needle to get it out, (18 or 20 guage?) but then i don't know what to do after that. please help, thanks!

Draw back the amount you want, unscrew the pin from the syringe and squirt it in your mouth.(put the pin down somewhere so you don't accidentally poke yourself)

You can also put it in water, gatorade, or something cuz it tastes horrible. Then you run the risk of some sticking to the up. Use a shot glass and put 3 or 4 more shots of straight gatorade to wash down any more.
