Well ive had pain in my niples now for e couple of week, even though a use nolvadex at 20mg a day it wont go away...im really worried what should i do?

i made the misstake of experimenting with d-bol some time ago and am currently in pct after that. Since it was just d-bol and i lost all gains it cant be called a cycle so please help...
