I hate tuna!!! So what's my alternative???

I am currently on a bulk up diet that requires 2 cans of tuna...which I absolutly HATE...

Is there anything that could substitute for the 2 cans of tuna. I can't even stomach the smell, let alone the taste.

    Tuna

Try the sunkist tuna thats in pouches , its extremely good and they have different flavors. If you want to stick to this diet , just stomach the tuna , learn to love it.

No diet should require tuna, it should just require protein and allow you to choose the form you desire.

exactly...as long as you don't choose a protein bar or high fat protein source then you should be good. Ground turkey, salmon, chicken...lots of ways to get around tuna. But tuna is a great source, it's convenient, and cheap
