Any good for a cutting cycle, trying to stay natural for cutting, i tryed CLA a few years ago. Any one has many experiences?

Make sure you use a brand that is at least 75% CLA, 80% is even better. Also make sure the active isomers are in there. There is a lot of sub par CLA on the market. A couple of good brands are Tonalin and CLA One. CLA One has the same profile, but is usually cheaper than Tonalin. It is used in Kent Nutrition CLA and Optimum Nutrition CLA, among others.

hey guys so right i bought some "Tonalin CLA with apple cider vinegar" Dunno what that is but for some reason it has it aswell. 160 capsules and it cost me £20.
