Cookies and cream has a funky aftertaste. Its not that good at all even w/ 40g dex in if PWO. Booo cookies and cream. Hail chocolate!

The tastiest protein powder i have ever taken, i would almost go so far as to say the best milkshake i have ever tasted also was roy duvalls own brand. I could drink that stuff all day. It was like a treat drinking that after a workout.

S.O.M, bro, don't knock the cookies and cream! I use that, and love it with dex in a PWO. The key to the CnC is to not use too much water. Once it is watered down, it tastes like crap!

ON's Whey is by far my favorite.. the chocolate is really good.

i use vanilla, i like it cause you can add whatever you want to your shake to make it taste how you want it
