Just trying to fine tune my diet a bit. I posted it a couple of weeks ago.
just a couple of questions.
1. Is it bad to mix good and bad fats in the same meal? If i have bacon or a steak which has saturated fat, if the amount is not much can I still add a healthy fat (ie flax or olive) in the same meal?
2. Are trans fat ok even if I neatralize them with good fats? I just want to add some onion/sour cream with my tuna![]()
