How Can Lose Fat Without Losing Muscle Mass

I just want to know how I can go about losing body fat without losing the muscle mass that I have gained. Is there a certain type of diet that I should be following? Thanx

well, true.... you can loose fat and gain muscle, i have also...... but when u compete for a show, i don't think i've seen a single person's measurements increase in size, not a chance, especially at that low of body fat... of course i guess it could be possible espicially if taking as..................
