im 26 5/10 230 pounds looking to get back to lifting havent been to a gym in 8 years or even worked out yes i know its sad. when i think back to when i was 13 benching 240 and curling 150 i remember how i felt seeing how i was 180 pounds at the time i want to get people looking at me like they did back then watching them think how is he doing that but as i age i dont know if after all this time if i can get back into the game i hear u shouldnt use roids till i cant gain anymore without working out pure but i wonder if it can help me get there faster
