I think you mean BITCH TITS. And no I don't see any, and my guess on bf would be around 18% but the pic is unclear.
18 that is ****in alot!
what am I obese?
18% is high, yes, but not terribly obese, no.
It's impossible to judge gyno/bodyfat by that pic. You will want to show your entire body, head to toe, and have a clear/close pic.
~SC~
during wrestling season we weren't allowed to go lower then 5% bf, and that was like skin and bones. you dont look that fat, but id say around 10%bf
>>your bf% has nothing to do whether your prone to gyno. gyno is the swelling of a gland in you boobie, has nothing to do with how much fat/skin you have on your ta-ta's
let me loose a little % and I will show it all. my goal is 8% at 190lbs. right now 203lbs bf%???
IMO- 18% bf is not bad at all. Especially for a sedintary style of living, not saying this is you 2timer but it looks like you haven't hit the weights for a while. Or you have been of for an extended amount of time.
yes I have been off for two months! got my knee injured badly to a point that I couldn't walk! but I still look alright! no?
you look fine bro
18 to 20% means tummy extends out past the pecs.... I cant get a blow up picture and can only look at the thumbnail but it doesnt look like this is the case with your tummy. I would gamble to say you are under 15% BF which if I am not mistaken, is considered to be an acceptable and healthy and normal BF percentage for govt and military standards (Navy, etc).Originally Posted by NoobJuice

I think I am arounf 15% too. thanks for the comments. my goal is 8%. so from calculation I have to 14-15lbs!
