well i hope i post this in the right spot well heres my ?

Yeah i have one. It smells, its a pain in the arse and i lost the plug a few years ago. The only thing i can possibly consider it worthwile for may be to gently break down some lactic acid buildup in a muscle group a few days after training. If i were you i wouldnt open it i would hunt out the receipt and see if you can get a refund.
