    Food percentages %

    On a cutting diet based on 100%
    for bulkin and cutting what do u think the ratio should be for a male 210lbs with 15-20% bf

    for exaMPLE

    40% CARBS 40% PROTEIN 20% FAT
    THIS IS NOT WHAT I THINK JUST AN EXAMPLE

    I don't understand your question. You said cutting diet based on 100% on bulking and cutting.......

    Never heard of such an approach, nor did I know it was possible to bulk on a cutting diet.

    I think he wants to hear the ratios for both a cutter and a bulker for his body type...

    I think he wants to gain lean mass
    In which case he can refer to the sticky for gaining lean mass kinda diet

    no no no i am very familiar with all the diets...........what i am askin

    food intake percetage wise..................carbs fats poteins........just say in those diets what percentage is fats carbs and proteins

    Wow, that's hard as there are many different cutting diets and bulking diets that utilize totally different macro percentages. IE: I know some who BULK on a CKD! Would I recommend that? Never. Do people try it? Yes.
