aight guys for my 1st pwo i take a shake with 43 grams of protien and about 80 to 90 grams of oatmeal .......is that good or bad......and should i use another carb for after my workout instead of the oatmeal?

Most people just consume a 2:1 ratio of dextrose to whey protein...
Such as: 40g of Protein, and 80g of Dextrose, and consume it within 15 minutes PWO...

Or you can use sweet tarts if you don't mind eating a sh*tload of them. Powdered dex is so much easier, lends great results, and you can use sugar free kool-aid flavors and make some kick-a$$ pwo shakes w/it.

Oatmeal low GI plain table sugar post recovery would be better!! So Like Swole said NO!
