This is what i had and seems similar to that cutting article:
6am-Cardio 45 - 60 mins
7am-4egg whites~shake (2scoops) ~ 3/4 cup of oatemeal with splenda
9am-tuna(mixed with little low fat mayo)~veggies or salad
12pm- chickenbreast and a salad or vegies
2pm - celery sticks with peanut butter
4pm - shake (1scoop) with flax
5pm workout
6pm shake (2scoops) with flax and 40g dextrose
630ish - meats, veggies, brown rice for dinner
8pm veggies or something light as a snack
ok now guys critique this is what i had and looks similar to the cutting diet. Add where needs to be added and take away what needs to be taken.
