milk thistle?

Hey whats up guys was about to go buy some milk thistle i was told its avail at any walmart. What i wanted to know is if its o.k to start taking it while i'm on my cycle. currently in my 2nd week of adrol deca and test. whats a good recommended dosage? thanks guys

Yes by all means a good dosage is 1000mg a day. Make sure it is at least 80%silymarin (sp?)

yes, thats when its best to take it. i take 500mgs three times a day, im sure some take more or less though.

agreed make sure the silymarin is high or you are forced to swallow extras which is a pain in the ass...

Is milk thistle good to take while on your cycle for ANY steroid?

wouldnt it hinder the full effects the steroids can give you? or no, it will just help the liver a bit more so it can handle the gear so as not to be too much of a burden?
