    exaustion quest.

    sup guys, when i go to the gym i bust ass. plain and simple. i am running 600mg of prop every week, my diet is ok, needs a little fine tuning and i sleep about 5-6 hrs a night. my question is. the day after i work out i am so exausted.. i have no urge to anything. i am so **** sleepy its not funny. what do i need to do to change this besides more sleep??

    diet. also u are prob dehydrated. number one cause of lethargy and tiredness is dehydration

    I'm going to say dehydration as well, never put down your bottle of water

    well you might be right, i was drinking about a gallon or more a day, but now i dont drink but may 3 aquafina bottles a day

    you said besides sleep, but yea come on man, try gettin closer to 8 hours and see how that helps out

    thats hard for me but yeah i am going to try though. i dont have a choice.. i am just freaking sleepy as hell. thanx for the replies guys. maybe i just needed someone to be like, hey fukker get some sleep and drink up. lolol

    i wish i could get 8 hours a night to, but i think that is almost impossible.

    sleep 8 atleast per night.
