1800 hunders calories a day is this eough to maintain muscle and cut up for a male weighing 213.5lbs with 18%bf
for most that would be low, but everyone is diff

when i was cutting i weighed between 170-175 and i was at 2200-2400 cals a day it was enough to lose weight and keep most of my muscle mass
On my recent cut I was around 2200 at 175lbs. 1800 for some one at 213 seems waaay low.
