I went on diet in feb of 99. I lost alot of weight in 14 months.
I went from 410 to 180. Now my problem is this thing called loose skin. It happens after weight loose. You can get rid of it throught weight training. But the process seem endless. I really need some advice on what I can take to speed up this process. It been a fight trying to get tight up and gain lean muscle mass. Thanks for your time. later![]()
