I was wondering if there are any similar products to this one in the USA. This is an Icelandic product that is only made here. It is made of milk products and in every 100 grams there are: 10.9 g. protein, 3,7 g. carbs, and 0,2 g. fat. This is a big part of my diet and i think i would have to change my diet alot if i would go to USA. Anything similar people know about?

I think I actually saw a home receipe for this a while ago, but isn't this high in carbs? I was thinking this was actually a non fat milk product.
