i am 5'8 217 with about 20% bf.my goal weight is 195 with about 5-8% bf.i have changed my diet to a high protien(150-200gms) low carb(100gms) low fat 6 small meals every 2-3 hours a day.started jogging 10k every second day(moderate pace)on an empty stomach at night.
am i going to be able to lift as much at 195 than i did at 217?will my power go down?
any feedback would help.
