first cycle.....is this enough Sust?

I'm planning this for my first cycle. Is 250 mg enough Sust for a first timer? Isn't 500 mg a little much for a newbie?


Weeks

1-10 250 mg Sust

1-10 400 mg Eq

7-12 Winny 50mg ed (yes, I will drink it)

12-14 Clomid

i would start it at 500mg also-split into 2 shots per week.

500 should be alright for a newbie, but if you're not comfortable taking that much, then only do 250.
