    Critique my cycle

    Ok assuming Diet is in place here is what i was thinking of doing:

    This going to be my second cycle but my last one was a waste because of stupid reasons. This is meant to be a cutting cycle but i can't get a hold of any test prop and wasn't thrilled about being a pin cushion anyway. This is why i was thinking of the low dosage of Test E, but i can up it. Just let me know what you think.

    1-13 Test E 500mg/wk
    1-12 EQ 400mg/wk
    7-12 Winny 50mg/ED
    1-13 Nolva 20mg/ED
    1-8 T-3 using the 5%/40%/55% cycle with 120mg max
    Clomid for PCT

    cardio 5 times a week/45 mins on an empty stomach

    If this is your 2nd cycle, you definitely should up the test to 500mg. Also, you need to run the EQ longer..

    Up the test to 600/wk.

    Winny (depot) will harden provided it's stacked with dbol.

    You could do as well focussing on cardio.

    What did your first cycle look like? I don't think you will need 600mg of Test, and you will get great result runny Winstrol without DBOL. I'd run the test 13 weeks and the EQ for 12

    ok yea i am gonna bump the test to 500/wk.

    Yea i plan on doing cardio around 5 times a week for 45 min on a empty stomach.

    How long do you think i should run the EQ?

    I know nothing about T3, but the rest of the cycle looks great!!!!
