Do I need an anti estrogen???

hey guys ...im about to go on my second cycle 375mg test e/wk and 200mg deca/wk....do i need to have an anti estrogen on hand? last time i just did test e at 250mg/week for 10 weeks and just ordered a testosterone booster and took some anti estrgen pills that i got from gnc.....what do you think...can i do the same thing when im about to end my cycle this time or can i just do the gnc thing again???? thanks

375mgs p/week? Thats a strange dosage. You must be an aussie boy thats taking Test E from the bladders? Anyways, IMO I wouldnt take any less then 500mgs p/week, but thats just me. Anti e's are always good to have on hand, but at the dosage you are doing I doubt you will need it anyways.

Agreed. Instead of running 375 mg test and 200 mg deca per week, why don't you just run 500 mg test per week only. I think you might see better results that way. Either way, you should have anti e's on hand, it's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. Plus they are inexpensive and readily available.

yeah i would also say the arent needed, unless u are sensitive to estrogen. i would have them on hand just in case. if u start to see any signs of bloat hit the l-dex up. any gyno symptoms grab the nolva

i would up the test dose to 500mg/week. and dont plan on the deca doing much if anything for LBM gains with that dosage. it will however help lube your joints

Im really curious on why you are taking excatly 375mgs p/week. Is your test E 75mgs p/ml? I take my test E twice a week mon and thurs, and I would also take my deca seperatly.

Yes your friend is right, I belive your test dosage should always be more then deca dosage.

u need to break the dose up bro. cant shoot it all at once. split the shot into 2 x a week. but honestly bro u should up your dose to 500mg/week of test. what did your first cycle look like?
