Yo whats up guys I just wanted to post a little 5 week update now that I'm lifting again. Just trying to see if you guys see a differance. Any critiques always welcome if you would like to flame go nuts. I feel there is some improvement currently collecting ammo for fat burning gonna work on that gut beleive or not no beer just lots of sugar but gave it up 5 weeks ago anyways thanks.
