Iam now ready to move up my fitness a level and start looking more into my diet. Only problem is that when I read some of the threads there is a lot of abbreviations. So could you guys please help me without using them.
Firstly Im gonna be realistic and say that there isnt much chance of me eating half the stuff some of theses guys eat, as I never have been a big eater but even though I do eat a lot more now than 3 yr ago I still fall way short of what I should be eating. So I think only including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper as my main meals would be realistic and wanted some pointers on what to have to maximise my intake bearing in mind im on a tight budget.
Any help would be great
