Thread: 7 oz. too much tuna?

    7 oz. too much tuna?

Is 7 oz. of tuna too much to eat in one sitting?

Those tuna packets have a family size packet that has 3.5 servings of 2oz. of tuna. That comes to about 52 g of protein.
Is that too much to eat in one sitting?

Are you sure there is 52g of protein in 7oz of tuna? A 6oz can (when drained has 5oz of tuna) only contains 33oz of Protein. If my math serves me correctly 7oz of dry tuna would equal 46.2g Protein.

I don't think one 7.1 oz pouch would be too much. I often eat two of the 7.1 oz pouches of either Albacore or Salmon (li.berally blessed with Tabasco). Mmmm, Albacore. Mark

I heard the lemon pepper is good.

Can anyone eat one of the really big family size packets at one time I was talking about?
