    No, it's not an advertisement for another "message board".
    We don't want that kind of daytime soap drama @ my stomping grounds.

    Just sharing my happiness to have reached the level of success that I have, and I thank A.R. for letting me express myself here as I have, and for being able to hang and assist in the diet forum, and partake in convo in various forums here. I have given a shout out to A.R. with information about this location in my "LINKS" section. Only locations that are sterling are located there.

    Swole!!......U'r my IDOL....its a strong statement but I gotta say that the diet you critiqued for me aswell as some added components to my nutrition/cardio regimen....they are really working out for me....U ROCK BRUTHA!!!!!!

    Yeah, MuscleMag contacted me yet again, as they keep up to date on what's going on via the Net. They saw me still going, and asked for some more pics and information about the future. Should run in a month or so.

    I just checked out your site. I like the new look. I just have a couple criticisms... The type on the main page is very small and hard to read. With the type being so small and having so many buttons and pull downs the design is hard to navigate. Maybe have your site designer look into this? I believe in simple site design. It makes it easy for potential customers to view the site and find the information they need quickly. It looks good and congrats on the upgrade.
