Okay guys, I hopefully am starting my cycle next week and want to know most of my stats going in so I can guage my progress. Well my old bench max was 355lb, and today I put up 335 4 times. Any guess what that would translate into for a 1 time max?

This is a pure guess...but I'd say around 365 or so.
easy 335 X 4=1340

thanks. I was hoping I would be up closer to 375, but any improvement is a plus. We'll see where I get too when I start my cycle.
