as long as were not talking about alot of the peppers or tomatoe then i dont see a prob

yeah. as mentioned, not too many tomatoes. green peppers are ok, red and yellow ones have quite a bit of sugar though. try things like different lettuces, herbs, rocket, watercress, mushrooms, celery. Also throw in some nuts or healthy nut oil as a nice alternative to olive oil all the time
I'm bulking right now and for my pro/fat meals I always have a salad w/ chopped eggs (w/ yolk) and sunflower seeds.
