avatar question

hey all. I wanna put up an avatar (so I can be like every one else...lol) but the pics I get from my camera are to big. the smallest I get is 640 X 480.
how do I shrink them. thanks everyone

Windows usually comes with a photo editor... you need to change the dimmesions to 150px by 150px @ 72dpi... if you have something that is square - just make sure the largest side does not exceed 150...
