ok guys..its been a long while since ive been on here....and i havent set foot in a gym in about 3 months..due to the fact that i moved and couldnt really afford to eat anything but RAMEN NOODLES and i **** sure couldnt afford a gym membership...so i've put together some pics of me back in may...and some pics of me now in sept. the change is drastic in my eyes.. now i can finally afford to get back in the gym and eat right again..and im pretty sure only hard work and food is goin to get me back to par.. but i was curious if anyone had any good workouts that would help put me back on the shelf. or anythign that would help in that matter...anyways fella's take a look at the pics...critique them to hell i dont care..jus be brutal and tell me what you think...thanx bro's! heres the pics!
