Depo-Testadiol What good is it??

I have the opportunity to get 2 10cc bottles of Depo-Testadiol cheap.
This stuff seems a bit strange, 1st its Pharmaceutical Grade made by up-john and 2nd each mil contains Testosterone cypionate 50mg: estradiol cypionate 2mg: cottonseed oil 874mg. It seems the strength is very low. Could I use it to mix with Test400 to ease the pain or just forget the whole thing?
