    Olive Garden for bulking

    Olive Garden has never ending pasta bowl. Just order some chicken too or bring in your own, and then load up on carbs.

    Yea obviously anything that you arent making at home probably isnt ideal. But if you are going out to eat with a gf or whatever, its not a bad option after working out.

    My girl loves Olive Garden and when i take her there i get special treatment when we get home...

    That's my reason for going and the soup and bread sticks are good too... lol
