Ok I know I sound rediculous, but I have trouble hardboiling eggs.
Usually I put them in a pot and add warm water. Than I hit the flame and it usually takes 5-10 minutes for the boiling to start. Than AFTER the boiling starts I wait 10 minutes. Than I pour out the hot water and run cold water over them. Than I crack and peel them.
The problem is sometimes the yolks come out kind of runny and I know you can get salmonilla from uncooked yolks.
So what should I do? Boil them longer?
How do you guys do it?
