if u were running a 10 week test cyle (enthate), would there be a need for proviron? i would be doing nolva everyday, but i read that proviron actually stops aromitization all together or something like that.(may be confused on this)so would yall take proviron or just run nolva and then do clomid and nolva pct?

i am running proviron in addition to my nolva. Proviron will help with the bloat.

I think it is, i am bloated tho but i think its because of my diet(too much sodium) but a lot of bros on the board have used 10mgs/nolva, 25mgs/proviron ed with great success. Ive bumped up my proviron to 2 tabs 50mgs.

if you are worried about the gyno, the nolva at 10mg/day will certainly do the trick but taking the proviron will help as well. good luck

It's still not enough to hinder gains....... but 10mg of Nolva durring the cycle is all you need while using the Proviron.

I was using 25 of proviron and up the dose to 50 just because I am doing sust 250 EOD and thats a lot of test this is the beginning of the 5th week and I began to feel it kiking in but also a little soreness aroung th nipple area so I up the nolva to 20 also!

I would take 25 of proviron and 10 of nolva, its a great combination.
