    ice cream

    ay bros i need a recipe for a high protein very high carb protein shake that includes fat free ice cream...any ideas?

    uh

    mix fat free ice cream with your flavored protein powder and throw in oats. mix it up in a blender and call it a smoothie or blizzard. try mixing chocolate protein powder. mix in a banana if you want also.

    fat free items have lots of sugars.....not very good. Why would you mix complex carbs/simple carbs in one shake? The banana is also high in sugars......

    the sugar in the banana isn't dex, its fructose and doesn't spike your insulin anywhere near dex.
