mmmm good one bro, I have a HUGE bottle of it here. How long do you marinate it? Overnight or just on the spot?
i personally let it sit for like 15 mins..i'm no chef that's for sure, i can't cook anything but that does the trick for me...i've even spread salsa over it and that's not bad either
get the southwest marinade that come in the packet from McCormicks(SP?) There are a ton of marinades at the store you can use. I never found the tequilla and lime marinade to be any good but most of the other marinades i use from the store are pretty good. Look at the dry mix marinades and check out the pre-mixed ones in bottles. Ahh! Also just slap your chicken on the grill and throw on some bbQ sauce!
