Almost 50% of the kcal are from fat.
they are like 10g of fat per cheeseburger.......most people eat 8-12 at a time...... do the math.
As long as you don't care about getting fatter then eating clean. Not only is the protein low, but they are pretty much useless kcals. You are also combining fats/carbs.
