hey everyone,
I just wanted to know the nutritional value of egg noodles if anyone has it. Tried searching but couldn't find what i was looking for, although i found some stuff about egg noodles.
Will it fit anywhere in a cutting diet??? Is it good?
Reason i was asking is b/c i just had the vietnamese noodle soup w/ egg noodles and beef as my post-PWO meal. Good or bad i had to meet my family at the restaurant after my workout. Was the egg noodles a good choice?
