Good day everyone, I've spent about 2 months surfing through this website and I have found a ton of excellent information, now I decided to register. I read a sticky "how to cut" and now I need someone to help me out figuring my diet out. I am 21, 5'5, 160lbs, about 23%BF, I am going to start cutting cycle this Monday coming up. It will include 1hr of cardio 4 times a week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It will also include this diet:
08:45 / Post Cardio - 1/2 cup Oatmeal Cooked, 3 Egg Whites (Take 2 500mg pills of Glutamine BEFORE cardio)
10:15 - 1 Scoop Protein Shake + 1Tbl Spoon Flax Oil
12:30 - Can of Tuna, 1Tbl Spoon Mayo, Celery x2, and Tomato x1
15:00 - 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese, Banana (Multi-Vitamins, Dextrose)
17:00 / Post workout - 2 Scoops Protein Shake
20:00 - 4oz. Chicken Breast, 1 cup Broccoli, 1/2 cup Carrots, 8oz. Brown Rice
Can you let me know if this is a good plan? Also I will be doing weight training, high reps - less weight, 6 days a week.
