Tongkat Ali...Boost Natural Test Levels 400%!!!!!!!

Come on is this true, my most recenet post about trib, someone brought up another natural test boosting herb called tongkat ali, they said it booosts nat test levels by 400%....thats insane...but has anyone had and experience with this product, i found a few on sale at vitamin shoppe and a few other online sources. Like how much should i take, over the recommended amount. Cause i take 3125 mg of trib a day, and the recommended is around 1250 i think.

When I was in Malyasia last year, the guide that we had absolutely insisted that I buy some of this stuff. His English was not all that great, but is was pretty obvious that he was saying that the stuff put "lead in your pencil". He took us to a health food store type place and I bought a bottle.

I took it regularly for as long as it lasted (I think about a month).

1) I am sorry that I did not buy more.

3) Effect is subtle, you just get a lot more hard-ons, but more wood= more test.

Search the web. John Hopkin's University is the one that determined the 440% increase from their own studies. They are helping start a way to propogate the plant to assure its continued survival and development as a productive crop. There are several universities in Asia that have studied it and so far it seems to be the most promising herbal around as well as having 3000 years of chinese medicine to back it.

I read somewhere about the Johns Hopkins where they used HRT needing guys, they started with 200 test levels and ended with over 1000 test levels 30 days after starting tongkat ali therapy. Some had greater increases, some less but 440% was the average. They also found it lowered sex hormone binding globulins which allowed free test to climb even higher.

The guys at the cockatiel press (a web site devoted to penis enlargement and is not affiliated with selling products) they confirmed their own blood tests came up actually close to 500%, however they ordered 100:1 powder directly and I think they were taking equivalent of 7 "Red Kat" pills a day but this was more like powder added to coffee. These guys over there really sound like they found the fountain of youth in tongkat ali. The owner of the web pages claims he was on doctor monitored HRT and didnt like how his balls gradually shrunk after 2 years of HRT, switched to Tongkat Ali and his blood tests show his natural test level stimuated by tongkat is roughly double that he was having when he was taking 300 mg testosterone cypionate once every 2 weeks. And he said he had more muscle tone improvement and more fat loss on the tongkat therapy then he did on the testosterone cypionate therapy and even went as far as to state he never had insomnia, night sweats, oily skin on the 300 mg test every other week, but the tongkat ali brought on bad insomnia, night sweats, oily skin and acne in a bad way.

what is the actual mg dose recomended. the info on this link says 100mg a day is recomended but 200mg was given.

most of the Tongkat Ali i found comes in 80mg pills and says take 2 a day but i found one company that sold it in 350mg pills and it says to take 2 a day as well. so what do yall think?

guys there are different qualities of this products some are 200:1 or 100:1 or even 50:1 and there quality and effect will vary so get the best you can if you are going to try it.

I use 1-2grams ed of Tongkat Ali during my cycles and PCT. It keeps the boys hanging low! There's no way it boosts test 400% but it is supposed to lower SHBG levels, so maybe you have 400% more free test to use.

I've been taking tongkat off and on for 3 years. Even before my first real steroid cycle. I have no evidence of 400% nor did it necessarily feel like it, however I can say what I did get was profoundly stronger then tribulus only. My first time taking tongkat ali, I did experience acne on the back and noticably more oily skin, I would gamble to say it probably doubled my free test. Also since starting cycles, because tongkat is rather expensive, I have mostly used it during cycles to keep down my SHBG's and especially I always have some on hand for use with PCT's. To me it is definately as important as clomid.

Since I am now in 4th week of PCT and have had very robust and vigorous recovery right from the get go using both tongkat and clomid... what is important to note was I was on 3 months of deca at first and as long as 8 months of high doses of testosterone and the balls were embarrassingly badly shrunk. Right now the balls are between 3 and 4 times the size they were 4 weeks ago and are very close to normal size, and the tongkat inspired morning wood is here everyday now, sex drive has been very strong and increasing quite nicely.

Also odd is this PCT... darn if I havent had hunger from hell all thru it. I only wish I had an appetite like this when I was on my cycle. Lots of people have complained about appetite loss during PCT... this seems to not be the case when on tongkat.

As far as marketing.... this product has had very poor marketing actually, the only reason there is any available in the USA is because word of mouth advertising from people who use it... until this year I had to import the stuff directly from malasia, or find a chinese herbal market, because no one was importing it for commercial sale in the USA. I think the reason why is real suppliment companies would rather deal in make believe products like scoop up some sea algae and call it myostatin blocker and make 99% profits. The profit margin on tongkat is very low because of its high harvest price to begin with.

It only gets you up to 4X your normal test levels, most BB's dont see that great of results without getting up to 8 to 10X your normal levels, but I think it is an absolutely viable alternative to HRT/TRT unless your problem is complete inability to produce testosterone.

No it can very possibely be true but that is because they don't say 400% of what time...

Test like all hormones in the body fluctuates during the day (Morning is commonly peak level --> Why the uncontrolable morning-erections!! )

So it may very well boost it for 400% during a "low" level, not only that but they don't state changes in SHBG, Estron/Estrogen, Progesterone, T4, HGH etc.
Why drugs like Bromocriptine have different actions for different intervals taken per day...
And don't mention for what timespan!!
And if the mice might already been natural "low-test" mise

Also the rat tests, 1/2 were castrated with no legdig cells at all, 1/2 were normal rats, both groups had similar increases in testosterone, which makes me wonder what the mechanism is producing the testosterone in the castrated rats. Supposedly there is an increase in LH levels, GH, IGF, adrenaline and other hormones, estrogen usually has a set conversion rate so it goes up as well purportionate to the amount of testosterone. The mechanism that triggers this is tongkat appears to block your bodies ability to detect current levels of hormones in the body. It fools the HTPA into thinking you have less testosterone/estrogen in your body then you really have so your body calls for more production. Also seems to partially block the monitoring of your GH and IGF levels so again your body calls for more to be made and same with adrenaline in modest levels. In women, they found tongkat also increases estrogen and testosterone levels but maintain in relatively safe levels.

I have to see the research you are referring to, to come to a conclusion and I never said that Tongkat Ali doesn't work; but still that wouldn't proove at what borderline it increases it (so the influctuation and for how long --> has nothing to do with Half life and to what extent it stays active (without the body adjusting like with almost any hormone-influencing compound!!)...

I had it overnighted to me a few days ago and I have been taking 160 mg per day. Now I dont have any idea if it increases your tes levels to 400 % I find that hard to believe. When I started taking this I took two at one time the first day and by the third day morning wood was painful. This is some great stuff I will keep you posted and let you know how it is in a few weeks. BTW the bottle says you will notice effects in 1-3 weeks ....How bout 2 days! Nice.........

Its worth clarifying that tongkat primarily boosts "free test" by 400%, not total blood testosterone. It is known to by a strong LH stimulator, but its most useful feature we are interested in is the lowering of sex hormone binding globulins (SHBG's) because most of our difficulty in PCT is NOT in getting our total testosterone levels up, we just dont feel it because SHBG acts like increasing your tollerance to testosterone, therefore it takes more to do the trick... by lowering your SHBG's, testosterone becomes more effective with lower amounts. It seems taking tongkat ali while ON cycle can make your testosterone from steroids much more effective by keeping your tollerance to testosterone down and skyrocketing your "free testosterone".

tongkat ali can boost FREE test levels to four times their normal levels. it doesn't make your body produce 4x the normal amount, it raises free test levels in the body. there are real world clinical tests supporting this claim.

taking HCG along with all that is counter productive. HCG itself suppresses testosterone as it takes the place of LH
