20 yr old male
215 lbs
16-18 % body fat
what i do:
lift 5 days a week, plus cardio for 10-30 mins each day
goals: lean down, get toned
i started a cycle of just winni. im on my first week i do half cc eod, im going to start til 1 cc the following week.
can you please give me some help?

, that is the most messed up workout split i have ever seen...right now you are taking 1/2cc=25mg EOD, that is not enough to really see anything, even when you get up to 1cc = 50mg EOD that still will be very little now 1cc=50mg ED would produce some results, this is assumng the concentration is 50mg/ml...you are too young anyway Bro, trainin natural fix that workout split eat well at your age there is no reason you should not grow and get lean...XXL
