Newbie here. Just want to be as complimentary as I could for all the veteran members and the newbies like me. Learn a lot just by reading all the feedbacks. Been messing ups with the weights for a couple of years. I've been tempted to try some of the "juice" BUT due to the nature of the business I'm in, I can't jeopardize whatever I invested in.
My goals are: 1. to build my upper body, LIKE BIGKEVS..which is probably IMPOSSIBLE....
