pics too large

hey guys im trying to post my pics but it says they are too large. how can i make them smaller

Some kind of photo editing software like photoshop of course.

if you don't have a photo editing software (adobe, office photo editor, etc) then you can use MS Paint - it's under Image > Stretch / Skew (Ctrl + W). just be sure to reduce the % equally
