ok i been taking that nectar protein powder from syntrax... it tastes soo dam fgood .........i got a peach mango flavor and it tastes like a sweet citrus drink. its very thin and u can just sip it also . its not even that expensive. it claims to have 24 grams of protein no suagr fat or carbs...... is it possibnle to be that effective and have no carbs sugar or fat ?? i am on a keto diet eating no more than 10 carbs a day and am wondering if this nectar can kick me out of ketosis it just tqstes so good ........please some get bak to me mike xxl i know u can help u helped me countless times bro.

yeah it is great stuff it has no sugar and no carbs its fine to drink on a keto diet, im not real crazy about the fuzzy navel flavor though
