    at night the craving from hell begings

    guys my diet is really really strict an during the day i am fine with not stuffing my face. but at about 20 00 -22 00. i get so god dam hugry i want
    to eat every thing i see. wat can i do to help with the craving or wat can i eat. i eat a protein an fat meal b4 bed but that does not help.

    drink water bro, or munch on celery. or wake up in the middle of night and have another small pro/ fat meal

    Yeah, it gets hard. Try to consciously think about drinking ICE water during the night. It provides a feeling of fullness and sends a message to the brain that you are full. Most of the time these false hunger impulses are a sign of early dehydration, so the water should help in that regard too.

    Drink a six pack before bed w/ some flax.

    That will give you a full sensation....works for me anyway.

    WHY is hunger always the worst in the evening? Im like you I dont even think about food during the day but blam at around 20:00-22:00 the hunger starts

    Only escape I have found from it is to down a couple of sleep pills and night night

    i know it is a fuking keller i could eat my fridge at night.
    an during the day no worries.
    i think mybe cos during the day i am always so busy.dont have much time to think about food. but at night i just sit an watch tv an then start to think about food.
    it sucks
