Need some real help with an injury here bros. ....about 6 months ago I hurt my shoulder real bad...don't know how or why, it just got hurt BAAAD. Couldn't even move my arm for like a week. It felt like something deep inside my arm was throbbing. I took 2 months off from working out, and took plenty of Glucosamine and Chondroitin and it got to about 95%. I went back to the gym, However, as soon as I went back to the gym it would hurt during and immediatly after my workouts(especially during chest days), not too much, just a slight pain. I worked through it for a couple months and It almost went away completely during the past 3 months, and then this past week it came back almost as bad as the 1st time. I have no idea why. I've continued taking my joint supplements, and I haven't done anything new except for reverse preacher curls, but that wouldn't really injure a shoulder would it? The only other possibilty is that it gets hurt while im at work, i just started back into full time. I have a job where my left arm is constantly going through a reptitive motion of lifting it up and over to drop papers into slots. When i do this i do feel a strain by the end of the day, but it's not really a huge exertion of force, or being held up for more than 10 seconds at a time, but the motion is done literally hundreds of times per day, which i guess in a week really adds up. Any clues guys? I don't know what to do with it. I don't wanna take another 2 months off, and repeat the cycle.![]()
