Preworkout I would go with light pro/carb meal. 1/2 cup oats 1 scoop whey. Post workout stick with the Whey and Dex 2:1 (45 g whey 90 g Dex). Hope this helps.
I can't eat that early!
I usually hit up 10 grams glutamine peptides in some iced cofee w/splenda, a touch of real cream, and 40 grams of WPI all in a shaker chilled and ready to be consumed on the way to the gym.
