2.its increadibly expensive. if i was given the choice to buy this or have an iron rod

I think a good use for it would be a preworkout stimulant to provide focus and strength. That's if you think you can handle the hair/prostate effects. I don't think there's been many bad probs like that with m5aa, and this is what that converts to. From what I've read, I don't think this would be good for building substantial muscle.
